Our software is delivered to you electronically by Web download or at
a slight additional charge, by First Class Air Mail. If you choose electronic
delivery, you will be emailed instructions about downloading your copy
of the software. Please make sure you specify the correct email address
when placing your order.
Note: Regarding our order process. We use SSL to receive your credit
card information. This protects your privacy. However, if you are ordering
from behind your corporate firewall, you will probably not be able to
use SSL. In that case, you can order by phone, FAX, or from another location
that does not use a firewall.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you do not have
a credit card, we can accept payment via international wire transfer (e.g.
SWIFT). Please contact us for details.
In very limited circumstances, SoftArtisans may accept purchase orders.
Purchase orders are subject to the following payment terms: SoftArtisans
invoices are payable upon receipt. Two percent will be charged to past
due accounts.
